By accessing or purchasing from podblooms.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all provisions stated herein, you are not authorized to use the Site or complete purchases.
2. Order Verification & Billing
All product prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) or localized regional currencies as displayed on the merchant checkout screen. We reserve the right to verify or cancel orders suspected of unauthorized reseller activity or fraudulent billing.
3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of PodBloom with our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (less shipping and handling):
- You may request a return authorization within thirty (30) calendar days from the date your order was delivered according to courier tracking.
- Returned items must include the original PodBloom capsule, wireless charging dock, USB cable, and packaging in good condition.
- Customers are responsible for return postage to the authorized returns facility. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@podblooms.com with your original order number.
4. Shipping & Courier Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center within 48 hours of payment verification. Free tracking is included with every order. Delivery timeframes depend on destination courier networks and regional customs clearance. We do not provide absolute delivery date guarantees.
5. Product Usage & Disclaimers
PodBloom is designed exclusively for cleaning food produce, grains, and kitchen utensils using tap water electrolysis. It is not intended for non-food chemical mixing, industrial sanitization, or medical use. Use only with standard 5V 1A USB charging adapters.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PodBloom and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse or improper operation of the product.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to consumer commerce in the jurisdiction where authorized merchant sales occur.
